Safe + Sound Clean Team
We will be introducing the ‘Safe + Sound’ Clean Team to focus on cleaning and disinfecting surfaces throughout the property. We have increased the amount of routine cleaning, with a focus on high-touch surfaces and common areas. Free-standing touchless hand sanitizers will be available at entrances, host stands, bars, ATMs and more. PPE trash receptacles will be placed throughout each property. Clean teams are available upon request. Look for the team members in bright yellow shirts.
Social Distancing
All guests and team members are expected to follow physical distancing guidelines recommended by Ottawa Public Health. Occupancy levels will be reduced on our casino floor and in food and beverage venues.
Personal Protection Guidelines
All guests and team members may wear masks or cloth face coverings that meet Ottawa Public Health guidelines however they are not mandatory according to current provincial mandates. Masks will be provided to guests, if requested.
Protective equipment will be provided to team members whose responsibilities require them as determined by health officials.
Hand Washing
It is recommended to wash your hands for a minimum of 20 seconds.
