Please note that all sales are final, and refunds are only allowed in limited circumstances, as explained in our Purchase Policy. If refunds for your event are approved by the Event Organizer, you will see a "Request a Refund" link in the purchase system. After submitting your request, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment used at purchase, once funds are received from the Event Organizer.
Please note that, for canceled events, no action is required to receive your refund. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase, once funds are received from the Event Organizer. In some instances, the Event Organizer may give you the option to request a refund, or the option to choose between a refund or a credit.
